I think it works in firfox for linux already, but it's probing the user agent string and failing for IceWeasel (which is the name firefox has in free linux disributions)1 vote
Include a definitive Twitter location city breakdown, instead of the cities 'tagcloud' under community insights
It would be really helpful for me if Audiense replaced the cities 'tagcloud' under community insights with a simple bar chart of how many followers a Twitter account has from each city.
I appreciate user location isn't always accurate, but when I export reports the city 'tagcloud' doesn't show me how many users are from that particular city, which means I have to manually create a table when reporting to clients.1 vote

Add an export button to each user guide post to give users the option of having a PDF available on their computer. Personally i find it easier to switch apps using command + tab than to switch tabs on the browser. It might aid usability.1 vote
Nice idea. I like it. Did you find a solution? Does UserVoice allow anything like that?
I'm not clear about the difference1 vote
Está muy bien la gestión de las listas como source, pero me gustaría que una de las posibles "sources" fueran los "no listados", para hacer un seguimiento de ellos y/o añadirlos a alguna lista.1 vote
I've done an account comparison report and I wanted to look at the locations of the communities. The graph was very difficult to see the mix of locations, I think it would be easier to see if we had the ability to easily customise who features on the graph.
I've attached a screenshot to give you an idea of what I mean.1 vote
Please, the extra few seconds and mild annoyance required to always convert "18:00" in my mind could be saved by simply allowing a 12-hour clock. Does this exist? If not, can it please?1 vote

at present numbers look like this:
impossible to read (eg attached image of social contacts) so for ease of reading, divide numbers of more than four digits into groups using a space separator.
eg: 2000 (not 2 000 as not more than 4 digits)
but 20000 becomes 20 000
and the above number would become:
200 000 000 0001 vote

The reports drop-down menu is a bit of a mess.
Comparison of activity doesn't have the word report after it and all the others do. Activitiy should also have a capital A.
Why don't we just remove the word report from the menu. We know they are all reports don't we?. I think we could say "Select a report template" instead of just "Select a template" from above the drop-down and remove the word report from the menu entirely to make it cleaner and simpler.1 vote

It is a pain to go in and refresh each account manually, and then wait for it to refresh and then go in and do my daily maintenance on the account. Especially since I currently have 44 accounts on here and will have over 150 within the next 6 months. It would be great if I could have one button that would queue all accounts to get refreshed.1 vote

Social Bro Pro account should allow export in CSV of any unlocked Twitter account. Simply Measured offers this as part of its service.
