When you export the tweet analytics, also download the number of clicks. It'd be great to also download the users that have RT or replied to your tweets.2 votes
Apologies for the delayed response. It’s been a while since you raised this. I’m happy to tell you that this is now in progress and due to be released in the coming week. Watch out in your account under the ‘target’ navigation for this feature!
All the best,
I'm a mobile professional and need access via Android or iPad. At the very least give us a Web version. Love the concept, keep up the great work!32 votes
When user clicks on Retweets to get details, it would be great if you would show the # of followers to whom tweet was RT'd (Buffer Analytics does this). It would also be great if you showed whether person is follower/followee. This would avoid having to click on every single username to get info on side panel.1 vote
Apologies for the delayed response Nora. I’m happy to tell you that we are building more engagement stats into Tweet Analytics. I’ll keep you posted, but watch this space circa April for more.
Happy New Year,
This is my first turn off. The the developer of your tool wrote a error message "invalid or expired token" this happens when trying to follow which is a very simple task. Why not explain what that means in your user guide to prevent this request. Please explain to me and update your user guide to explain why this error message is generated.2 votes
You’re right, that message isn’t clear and helpful enough. We’ve queued a revised version and we’re going to get a step by step added to the user guide. Thank you for taking the time to make this suggestion and apologies for the delayed response.

Is it possible to make a rule that only applies to a certain SOURCE?
For example: Sending an @message to members in a txt user list I uploaded manually to sources, triggered when they follow me?
Thanks for your time.1 vote
Just discussing this now. Could you kindly email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with more on your intended use case? So that we can plan with that in mind?
All the best,
Thank you for this suggestion. It’s a good one. And fortunately we are working on the rule building capabilities of SocialBro. Let me raise this in the next product meeting and get back to you.
Very often, people that follow a list covering a topic of specific interest are people that those interested in the list would also find interesting in their own right. It would be helpful to easily import those subscribers and review them. The degree of overlap between a member list and a subscriber list varies greatly.4 votes
i really dont know what im doing so a help menu would be usefull2 votes
Está muy bien la gestión de las listas como source, pero me gustaría que una de las posibles "sources" fueran los "no listados", para hacer un seguimiento de ellos y/o añadirlos a alguna lista.1 vote
